Signs Invite Customer Feedback
Restroom Alert provides signs for each of your restrooms to encourage your customers to provide anonymous feedback on your restrooms. Our signage kit also includes optional cleaning checklists and quick-reference cards with tips on how to use the Restroom Alert system. All Feedback is Anonymous
Our colorful restroom signs encourage your customers to report problems by sending a simple SMS text message. We keep all customer and employee feedback anonymous to avoid any possible embarrassment. When customers send comments, they immediately receive an acknowledgement and apology from your business.
Holds Staff Accountable
When a customer complaint text is received, your staff is immediately alerted via a separate SMS text message. A timer is started, and periodic reminders are sent to your staff until the issue is resolved. These reminders and warnings can optionally escalate to management if problems are not resolved in a reasonable amount of time.
